BD Card Shop does not currently offer customer support by public business phone. Please use email for customer service, order support, questions, complaints, claims, damaged shipment issues, lost package issues, return questions, and refund questions.
For customer service, please include your order number, name, email address used on the order, tracking information if available, and photos when applicable.
Products and Services
BD Card Shop sells physical collectible products, including individual sports trading cards, collectible card game cards, raw cards, graded cards, sealed trading card products, magazines, card supplies, memorabilia, player lots, team lots, and related collectibles.
Product listings, photos, descriptions, prices, availability, and condition notes are provided for customer reference. We work to keep information accurate, but errors, omissions, market changes, condition differences, inventory issues, and listing changes can occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, remove listings, limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or change product availability when necessary.
Collectible Card Condition and Market Disclaimer
Raw trading cards are sold based on the condition stated in the listing and our review at the time of listing. Condition opinions may vary between sellers, buyers, collectors, and third-party grading companies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, raw trading cards are not professionally graded and are not guaranteed to receive any particular third-party grade.
BD Card Shop does not guarantee future grading outcomes, market values, resale values, investment returns, population report changes, auction results, price trends, or the future performance of any collectible product.
Any price comparisons, market references, or value-related statements are provided for general reference only and are not financial, investment, grading, or resale advice.
Sealed Product Disclaimer
Sealed products are sold as sealed collectible products.
BD Card Shop does not guarantee the contents, odds, hits, autographs, relics, inserts, parallels, short prints, grades, centering, values, redemptions, pack sequencing, collation, or results inside any sealed pack, box, blaster, tin, case, mystery item, or sealed trading card product.
Any issues with manufacturer packaging, collation, missing hits, expired redemptions, print defects, or product contents may need to be directed to the manufacturer when appropriate.
Store Policies
Purchases from BD Card Shop are governed by our posted store policies, including our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policy posted on bdcardshop.com.
All sales, returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged shipments, lost packages, shipping methods, handling times, and customer responsibilities are governed by the applicable posted policy.
Envelope shipping, when used, is not insured and carries additional delivery and condition-at-delivery risk as described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

BD Card Shop may also sell products through third-party marketplaces, apps, sales channels, or platforms.

Sales and purchases made through bdcardshop.com are made directly with BD Card Shop. Shopify is not responsible for the sale, product condition, shipping, delivery, return, refund, dispute, or customer service issue related to purchases from BD Card Shop.

Customers and visitors may not use bdcardshop.com for fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, return fraud, package fraud, harassment, scraping, automated checkout abuse, unauthorized resale schemes, unlawful activity, or interference with store operations.

Domestic-Only Sales Notice
BD Card Shop is a United States-based business and currently does not offer international shipping or actively sell into international markets.
If BD Card Shop later chooses to sell into, target, advertise to, or ship to customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other international jurisdictions, BD Card Shop may need to add additional disclosures or update its Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, taxes, duties, customs settings, and Shopify Markets settings before enabling those markets.
